These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of snp.is (the “Platform” or “Service”), operated by Smart Network Products Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our policies (including the Privacy Notice and Refund Policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, legal requirements, security, or business operations. If a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or legally able to enter into these Terms) to use the Platform.
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, or use bots/automation to create accounts or abuse the Platform.
4. Usernames
Usernames must not infringe third-party rights, impersonate others, be misleading, offensive, or reserved primarily for resale. We may request a username change or reclaim a username where appropriate (including inactivity or trademark complaints).
5. Plans, Billing, and Renewals
We may offer free and paid plans. Plan features and pricing may change.
If you purchase a paid plan:
- Fees are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout (monthly/annual).
- Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes.
If payment fails, we may retry billing, suspend paid features, or downgrade the account until payment is resolved.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Purchases via app stores (if applicable) must be cancelled through the relevant store.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.
8. Your Content
You may add text, links, images, files, or other materials (“User Content”) to your pages. You are responsible for User Content and confirm you have the rights to use it.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process User Content solely to operate and provide the Platform. You retain ownership of your User Content.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Platform to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Post or distribute malware, phishing, scams, or harmful content
- Attempt to access or disrupt systems, accounts, or data without authorization
- Scrape or automate access to the Platform without permission
- Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
- Spam, link-chain, or run deceptive traffic schemes
- Promote fraud, unlawful activity, or content that violates payment network rules
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
10. Restricted Content and Activities
You may not use the Platform to promote or facilitate illegal products or services, or other regulated activities where you do not have required permissions. We may restrict categories to comply with law, regulators, or payment network rules.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, or availability. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Payments and Payment Processors
Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details. Payment providers may require verification or additional information to comply with their obligations, and you agree to provide accurate information when required.
13. Your Responsibility to End Users
If you use the Platform to sell goods/services, collect leads, or interact with visitors (“End Users”), you are responsible for your offers, fulfillment, customer support, refunds/chargebacks, and compliance with applicable consumer, marketing, privacy, and tax laws. We are not a party to transactions between you and your End Users unless explicitly stated.
14. Intellectual Property
The Platform, software, design, and branding are owned by Smart Network Products Ltd (or licensors). You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse our IP except where permitted by law.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms or created risk to users, the Platform, or payment partners, or if required by law or regulators. We may terminate inactive accounts after a prolonged period of inactivity.
16. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Network Products Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers from claims and losses arising from your User Content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Platform.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer laws apply.
